I first fell in love with photography poring over the pages of National Geographic as a child, fascinated with the images that could so vividly portray stories of distant places and cultures.

When I first picked up a camera while studying fine arts at university I was hooked - captivated by a camera’s power to crystallise a single moment in the whirlwind of life - one that could tell a bigger story that might otherwise slip by unnoticed or forgotten.

Photography has helped me understand and interpret the world around me and has contributed to my social justice work with various aid agencies.

I now call the beautiful south west corner of Western Australia home and live here with my family. You will usually find us in or near the ocean.
